Our day-to-day operations are changing however. Due to the orders given recently by Governor DeWine about COVID-19, we will be closing our doors to walk-in customers and pick-ups, effective March 24th, 2020 at 8 AM. We are planning to reopen our doors on April 7th, 2020 at 8 AM (after the current mandate for shelter in place as ended). Please note, we will maintain a minimal staffing level to meet the needs of our customers. During this timeframe, for orders please e-mail us at sales@worlddigitalimaging.com or call us at (937) 431-1982. Any walk-in or in-person jobs are by appointment only, so please contact us to set-up a time. Turn-around and response times may be slower due to the lower staffing level, but we will do our best to continue to assist when we can. We will also have limited design capabilities as well during this time. If we are unable to help with the order (i.e. some of our suppliers are due to close as well, etc.), we will let you know in a timely manner. For order pick-ups (including anything that is still in house currently), we will need you to call us to arrange a pick-up time. If you are paying by credit card, we ask that you call us with that number in advance to arriving to make the hand off quicker and more efficient. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these unprecedented times. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy throughout everything, and we look forward to getting back to normal operations in future weeks.
